Who we are

CycloSpirit is a brand created in the European Union (Romania). "We" means CycloSpirit. You can reach us at support[at]cyclospirit.com.

Orders

When you place an order you offer to buy the items in it. We accept the offer when we send the order to the warehouse. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, a price is plainly wrong, or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, and any sales tax that applies, are shown at checkout before you pay. Your payment is taken when you place the order.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy are part of these terms.

Using our products

Our products are tools for bicycle maintenance and tire inflation. Read the instructions before use, wear eye protection when you inflate a tire or seat a tubeless tire, and never go above the maximum pressure marked on your tire and rim. If you are not sure a repair is safe, ask a bike shop.

Warranty and our liability

Our products carry the 1-year warranty described in the Return and refund policy. Beyond that warranty, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the consumer law of your state gives you.

The texts, photos, videos and logos on this site belong to CycloSpirit or its partners. Do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Your rights as a consumer

If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the consumer law of the US state where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day of your order is the one that applies to it.
