Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the US territories or military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses yet.

Rates and delivery times

Expedited	$5.99	2 business days

Expedited orders placed after 2 p.m. Pacific Time count from the next business day. Delivery can take longer around Black Friday, the holidays and in severe weather.

Where your order ships from

Our stock is held in Amazon's US fulfillment centers, and Amazon picks, packs and ships every order for us. Your order may arrive with UPS, USPS or an Amazon driver.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships, usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering.

Wrong address

An address cannot be changed once the order is at the warehouse. If you spot a mistake, email support[at]cyclospirit.com right away.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or it says delivered and you have nothing, email us. We send a replacement or refund you in full. If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo and we do the same.

Sales tax

Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
